Billing & Stripe
Charges on your card will show as HeyDarrin via Stripe. Card details never sit on this site. If a receipt looks wrong, include the email you used at checkout.
Active projects
Intake, access, and revision notes can come through this form. If you already have a thread with me, reply there — it is faster than starting over.
Refunds
Deposits and paid-in-full packages follow the service terms. If you think a charge was made in error, say so in the form and I will look at it the same day I see it.
